    The Senda Zapotec Circuit is an attractive alternative to discover the cultural beauty of Oaxaca , where the Zapotec culture developed and one of the main archaeological sites that is the city of Monte Albán , famous in its time for being considered political, economic and religious center of the area. During this activity you will visit San Antonio Arrazola or San Martín Tilcajete, known for being a place full of magic and tradition where alebrijes come to life in the hands of the ingenious Zapotec artisans. You will make a stop at Cuilapam de Guerrero to discover the beauty of your former 16th century Dominican monastery and San Bartolo Coyotepec, there you will admire the elaboration of the famous black mud.

    Following the itinerary of this tour, you will admire the "Tree of the Tule", where it is possible to visualize different animals, as well as silhouettes between the branches and the bark. The next stop is Teotitlan del Valle where mats are made and painted through old techniques. Be impressed with the splendor of the city of the dead in the Mitla archaeological zone with its outstanding buildings. Then you will go to the sacred waters of "Hierve el Agua", beautiful petrified waterfalls that have been formed over the years by the runoff of carbonated water.

    The Senda Zapotec Circuit continues towards the Huatulco bays , located approximately 6 hours from the capital. There you will visit the bays by boat, enjoying the spectacular view, admiring the vegetation and the color of the water while snorkeling at one of the stops.
