    The Gaucho Night tour includes dinner in Canela at the Churrascaria Garfo e Bombacha restaurant, which is famous for its quality meats and beautiful, rustic atmosphere that reflects the authentic gaucho tradition.

    When we arrive we’ll enjoy a bitter mate known as chimarrao, a symbol of the hospitality of the state, followed by the traditional “asado.” In addition, they serve a varied menu with traditional hot dishes from the region, salads and fine meats.

    After dinner, you’ll be treated to a show of dancing accompanied by one of the best folk groups from Rio Grande do Sul. It shows the Rio Grande with many colors, highlighting the guacha art and the culture of the people. The gaucho tradition is showcased through dance and traditional music, all performed live.
