You can not miss out the Chico Circuit Tour on your next vacation in Bariloche. This traditional activity combines a city tour and a visit to the surrounding forest and mountains. The itinerary begins in downtown Bariloche, on the banks of the Nahuel Huapi River. Approximately 5 miles from there, on Bonita Beach, you will see Huemul Island, and we'll continue 6 additional miles to the foot of Campanario hill.

Then we'll ascend by cable car to almost 5000 feet above sea level to visit a confectionery shop with a spectacular terrace that offers breathtaking views. From there you can admire Nahuel Huapi Lake, Perito Moreno Glacier, El Trebol Lagoon, Llao Llao and San Pedro Peninsulas and Victoria Island, as well as Otto, Lopez, Goye and Cathedral Hills, not to mention the city of San Carlos de Bariloche.

Later we'll visit Llao Llao village, where you will see San Eduardo chapel, a true jewel of regional architecture, as well as the traditional Llao Llao Hotel, built by Alejandro Bustillo in 1939. After rounding Escondido Lake, we'll cross the bridge over Angostura Creek and pass by Lopez Bay to reach a lookout that is about 3000 feet above sea level. From there we'll admire a majestic landscape formed by Lake Moreno and Llao Llao Peninsula. Finally we'll cross the bridge and pass by the banks of El Trebol Lagoon until we find the initial route and return to Bariloche.
