El mantenimiento y el buen trato del personal, siempre tratando de hacer sentir agusto al huésped, y si uno no habla ingles, siempre se esfuerzan por ubicar a alguien que hable tu idioma.

What improvements could be made?Especificar todos sus cobros y costos, ya que te cobrarán una tarifa por uso de wifi sin autorizacion, en mi caso nisiquiera la necesitaba y al salir me cobraron 44 dlls por día
