Mile High Marketplace Flea Market
This spectacular outdoor market is only open on weekends and covers 80 acres, north of downtown Denver, offering everything from fresh produce to electronics, jewelry and tons of closeout sales. Apart from the 1500 booths, it also has an area with rides and other attractions for kids, as well as fantastic food stands. With a tradition dating back over 20 years, Mile High Marketplace Flea Market has become a family-friendly attraction for the thousands of locals and visitors who stop by every weekend. You will find excellent prices and, in many cases, you will be able to bargain as well. There is an admission fee, but it is well worth it to enjoy such a colorful experience.
16th Street Mall
This mile-long pedestrian street is Denver's most famous shopping area, lined with some of the best shops, restaurants, malls and boutiques in the city. Located in the very heart of downtown, there is a free bus service that takes you from one end of the street to the other, stopping on every corner so you don't have to walk too far.
Also on this street, occupying two entire blocks, is the Denver Pavilions, one of Denver's funkiest malls. This three-story shopping center features a variety of services, including restaurants, bars, movie theaters and prestigious outdoor stores. The Cherry Creek Shopping District
