    Charges

    Starting on March 1, the city of Buenos Aires will apply a fee to all non-resident Argentine tourists, which must be paid directly at the hotel. It applies to guests over 12 years old, and will be charged per night, per person. The value to be paid may be from USD $0.50 to USD $1.50 depending on the hotel category and services.

    The hotel charges an additional fee of $ 1.50 USD, per person, per night, which must be paid by the guest at the hotel facilities. This tax is for the right of use and enjoyment of the public space of the City of Buenos Aires and applies to tourists who do not reside in the Argentine and to people from twelve years of age and older.

    According to resolution 3971 566/2016, any non-resident person who enters the territory of the Argentine Republic for a maximum stay of up 90 days, is exempt from paying the VAT (21%), provided that the payment is made by an international credit or debit card issued abroad or by currency transfer. It is essential to present your passport and proof of immigration at the time of check-in.

    The rates do not apply for travel to international conferences, fairs, conventions or bookings of more than five rooms.
