Taxes are NOT included for foreigners or non-resident Colombians. According to Colombian law, only those tourists who have a Permission to Stay and Permanence with stamps PIP-3, PIP-5, PIP-6 or PIP-10 or the Temporary visa valid TP-7, TP-11, or TP-12 are exempt from paying; Those who dont comply with this requirement must pay the tax directly at the hotel, therefore it is essential to present the Passport and the Immigration Certificate at the time of check-in.
The rates do not include hotel insurance, which must be paid per person, per night directly at the hotel.

Parents travelling to Colombia with children under 18 must show the childs birth certificate or passport, in the case of international travelers, with a photo at check-in time. If an infant is traveling with parents or a guardian then they must have a travel document certified and signed by both parents, along with a copy of both parents official ID. If the child is traveling with one parent then signed authorization from the other parent must be provided. It is recommendable to contact the Colombian consulate for more information.

Please note that when a reservation has been made for a room with breakfast, childrens breakfasts are not included.
