La Plaza
Open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Set at the edge of the former bullfighting ring, La Plaza restaurant has three levels, simulating the layout of the stands, and from any table there is a splendid view of the ring, the aqueduct and, in the background, the Cathedral of Fatima. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in La Plaza, and the culinary choices are as unique as the hotel itself.

Open from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Sunday open from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Located next to the former bullfight arena, the Botarel bar has brick walls and ceilings, arched walkways, flickering candles and a very intimate feeling. The bar is popular with hotel guests and locals and features live music on the weekends. An extensive wine menu offers selections from Mexico and around the world.
