The hotel is committed to preserving this natural paradise by using green energy sources. Great care was taken to lay out the resort to blend it into the surroundings and natural materials were used on the construction whenever possible. Our gardens are landscaped with native plants to the region, we grow our vegetables in our own garden, recycle gray and black waters, and use solar energy to heat the pool when necessary.

We offer 15 generously sized cabanas or bungalows, embedded into the natural surroundings with breathtaking views of the sea. Every cabana features a veranda with hammocks and lounge chairs, a sitting area with sofa bed, as well as an ample bathroom with shower. All of the cabanas are Mayan design with thatched roofs which invite a constant natural flow of breeze.

Located in our main building, La Casa Club is the hotel’s gathering place. Our guests spend long hours here mingling and chatting with the other guests, having a drink at the bar or playing a game of ping pong or billiard. They also enjoy reading books from our library, watching videos, or playing board games. |

Eco Paraiso Xixim is located 7 miles from Celestun on the Gulf Coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. It is approximately one and a half hours away from Merida’s International Airport. Celestun in a protected bird sanctuary and breeding grounds to the American flamingo and countless other species of waterfowl and shorebirds. |
