Personalized Service, Comfort and Information had always been the three principal characteristics of PGC Grupo Acapulco ground transportation services. There are 3 services available from Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo’s airport to any hotel within the Ixtapa area. All our vehicles are air conditioned and can accommodate our passengers comfortably.
REGULAR service:
This works like a shuttle service where you and other people arriving at the same time share their transportation to the hotel, just at a lower cost. Our vehicles are always available at the airport and you will never have to wait longer then 15 minutes until your van will depart. Guaranteed! Please note that in order to be able to offer this service at its low price a 2 person minimum restriction applies.
VIP SEDAN service:
Did you ever want to have your own driver waiting at the airport and feel like a VIP? That is what the VIP SEDAN service is about, where you will receive your transportation in a vehicle Chevrolet Malibu, Dodge Stratus or similar. This is the best option if you do not want to share your vehicle with others or if you are traveling with a maximum of 4 people total. As soon you are ready to depart you will be driven straight to your hotel. There is no chance for waiting times. Personalized service at its best!
VIP VAN service:
This service has the same characteristics as the VIP SEDAN service, with the difference that we use vans or Suburbans to transport a maximum of 8 passengers.
What happens once you arrive?
Upon arrival at the airport, and once you have cleared immigrations and customs, one of the PGC Grupo Acapulco representatives will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate, displaying a banner with your name and/or the logo of PGC Grupo Acapulco. Please note that customs procedures can take between 5 or 15 minutes depending on how many people are waiting in line. Please do not worry, we know this! …and will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate.
Our supervisors at the airport will monitor your flight to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive. You will never have to worry if your flight is delayed or arriving ahead of schedule. We will know! … and most important: we will be waiting for you at whatever time your flight arrives.
Once you contacted our staff at the airport please present the confirmation voucher together with valid photo identification. You will then also be given the exact time of your pick-up on your departing date, should you have reserved a round trip transfer.
