Africam Safari is a non-traditional zoo park, located about 10 miles southeast of downtown Puebla. It's a natural setting, where animals roam freely and can be observed from the guide buses or from your own car. Several habitats are represented here, very similar to the natural habitats of the animals, such as the jungle, the forest, the savannah and the steppe.
There are more than 2,500 animals of 300 different species: giraffes, lions, elephants, zebras, rhinos, Bengal tigers and many more. Feel the excitement of being extremely close to these wild animals!
Visit the Adventure Zone, where you'll discover different amazing species like bats, kangaroos and turtles and learn more about their habitats, health and preservation programs. Stop by the Butterfly Garden, the Botanical Garden, the Extreme Route and watch some interesting shows. After this journey, you'll definitely feel closer to nature.
