Fairmont Mayakoba is situated approximately 40 miles south of Cancun, on Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. This prized stretch of the Caribbean coast, known as the Riviera Maya, is only 15 minutes from the town of Playa del Carmen, on the Tulum corridor, in the state of Quintana Roo. Fairmont Mayakoba is a 401-room resort that houses 5 additional hotel sites, two golf courses and residential properties which feature a collection of 90 casitas with 2 to 4 rooms each. Fairmont Mayakoba offers 40,000 square feet of meeting space.

Approximately twenty per cent of the guestrooms are located in a more traditional hotel setting. There is an interconnected low-rise building and, clustered throughout the property, there are 90 two-story casitas with two to four rooms each. Categories range from generous casita rooms to signature lagoon views and our exclusive beachfront Villas.
