Wherever you go in Reynosa, you find friendly people. There are shopping promenades, temples and museums in the city center and also historic landmarks and modern malls that have a variety of different architectural styles, yet harmoniously fit into the urban landscape. It's a wonderful place just to take a leisurely stroll around and enjoy the slow-paced life of the town, very different to the industrial cities of northern Tamaulipas where manufacturing and long working hours are the norm.
