Las Ventanas

Our restaurant, Las Ventanas, is decorated in a rustic colonial style exemplifying the best of Pueblan and international cuisine, with a special emphasis on mole (a thick sauce, made of ground herbs, peppers, chocolate and other ingredients, usually eaten with a piece of chicken and rice), tlacoyos (fried oval shaped dumpling with a bean filling and salsa), and chiles en nogada (stuffed Poblano peppers in walnut sauce and pomegranate seeds). The restaurant also offers a delicious Sunday buffet. There is also a small and intimate lounge, at our Cava Medieval, a wine cellar located in the basement, with a feel reminiscent of medieval times. It is the ideal place for private business engagements, romantic dinners, family celebrations, and special events.
