In 1540 was founded in Puebla the Hacienda and Wheat mill "El Batan"; the land where today lays the Hacienda del Molino was part of a lavish garden belonging to it. Within the gardens of the wheat mill, after a working day, lovers gathered around a fountain, which is located on the stairways of the hotel and can be nowadays admired from the restaurant. Hacienda del Molino is a place full of tradition, where each corner evokes the past.
When it was built it had 6 bedrooms and a dining room which is nowadays the restaurant. The garden was so ample that room wings had been raised on each side respecting the forest, where more than 150-year-old trees exist, softly whispering us romantic stories, silent witnesses of a marvelous cultural heritage.
