Negrosal is an upscale restaurant specializing in European fusion cuisine, manage by two experience Italian restaurateurs and innovative chef Rafael Olivera. Negrosal has a main 90 person dining area, which is almost sold out every night and that is why reservations are highly recommended. The restaurant also features a spectacularly decorated private wine cellar with more than 100 labels of the best wine vineyards from around the planet; this area, when necessary, works as a function room for small events. The ceiling of the wine cellar is made of glass, so both the wine cellar and the main dining room, share an astonishing see-through view. There is also a bar-lounge area decorated in light dark tones with furniture and fixtures imported from Italy.
Chef Olivera’s Mediterranean dishes, as well as the professional service at Negrosal, follows the strict rules of fine gastronomy.
