Evita offers a wide range of succulent dishes bringing together the traditions, textures and flavors of the world famous cuisine of Argentina. The menu includes empanadas (small, meat-filled pastry pockets that are the traditional starters), juicy steaks like bife de lomo, which equates to rib eye fillet; bife de chorizo, a steak cut off the rib, somewhat similar to sirloin; and bife de costilla, a t-bone steak.
It's always interesting to watch the expert chefs grilling, basting and sautéing in Evita’s modern open kitchen.
