Finisterra - Blue Marlin Blue Marlin
Open from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for breakfast and from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for dinner
Featuring an outstanding panoramic view of the Marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas, Blue Marlin restaurant offers breakfast buffet or a la carte and tasty snacks at midday. The most spectacular menu comes for dinner, with specialties like roasted duck with Grand Marnier sauce, lamb shanks, shrimp with garlic-tequila sauce, and grilled salmon with honey-ginger glaze. Theme buffets are available on specific days.

Palapa
Open from 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m.
Another great restaurant at Finisterra is the Palapa restaurant bar, the perfect place to satisfy anyone's cravings. Here, an excellent selection of meals is available as well as scrumptious snacks. Specialties include salads, sandwiches, hamburgers, fajitas, tacos, ceviche and burritos.

Palapa Bar
Open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a happy hour of 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Palapa Bar is a fantastic, poolside place to unwind and have fun. It has a casual, relaxed fresh atmosphere under a thatched-roof palapa. With swim up bar and TV's for watching sport games, Palapa Bar also serves a light menu and appetizers.

Finisterra - Whale Watcher Whale Watcher
Open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with a happy hour from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
The Whale Watcher bar offers a spectacular view and is a great area for an informal gathering with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. During lunchtime it offers a delicious menu based around oysters, shrimp, pizza, burgers, sandwiches and tacos.
At the right time of the year you may even get the chance to see the majestic whales on their annual pilgrimage, right from the Whale Watcher bar.
