At Unik Island Resort and Spa, you can live a unique culinary experience at any of our 3 specialty restaurants, 2 lounges and a swim-up bar. Our Executive Chef designed 3 different programs called the "Gourmet Experience": The European Plan, The Gourmet Tasting Experience and The Grand Gourmet Experience.
The first one allows total freedom of choice: guest may drink and dine, a la carte, at any UNIK restaurant, lounge, grill or bar to enjoy a meal, snack or beverage. (*Meals and beverages not included).
The second starts the food lover's day with a dazzling array of breakfast choices served at the Pearl restaurant. Guests may then elect a full lunch or dinner prepared ‘a la minute', complemented with a bottle of wine from selections chosen by the sommelier. (*Includes a bottle of wine served with lunch or dinner).
The last choice offers unique gastronomic indulgences morning, noon, night and in-between: Guests choose from changing daily and seasonal menus accompanied by paired wines-by-the-glass. From 10 in the morning until midnight, barkeeps will prepare your favorite cocktail or signature UNIK tropical delight. (*All-inclusive plan includes meals and beverages from 10:00am to midnight)

Just steps from the pool, this casual setting with sweeping views of the Caribbean is the perfect backdrop for an a la carte lunch of lobster or fresh catch-of-the-day. At dinner time, our chef will surprise you with exclusive international dishes, in spectacular presentations and created with local ingredients, grown by the island’s farmers.

Pearl opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is our gourmet restaurant, outstanding due to its variety of dishes that features tasty meats, seafood, pasta and lobster in a wonderful intimate setting. This is also an ideal spot for sipping a glass of the finest wine from our assorted cellar.

Aqua Pool Bar
