By the end of the 19th century, the foundations of this beautiful building were set. Some time later, Don Luis Morales started managing this property and was in charge of remodeling and turned into the first and most prestigious hotel among the bullfighting world. Due to his passion for this activity, Don Luis took personal care of the famous bullfighters and artists who visited his place.
Nowadays, the building keeps its original architectural design, which has been enhanced through several restoration processes, only modifying some aspects to provide greater comfort to its guests.
For its historical importance and elegant colonial design, this property has been catalogued as part of the national heritage by the National Anthropology and History Institute, INAH for its name in Spanish.
