Chef Rory Dunaway invites only 12 participants into his luxurious kitchen to explore and savor a four course menu tailored to the occasion. Each course is paired with the most exclusive Mexican boutique wines from Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California.

Finally, at the Culinary Center you may also experience vintages from South America, train the palate to recognize the subtle undertones and finishes of premium tequilas, or discover the treasures hidden within the valley of Guadalupe in Baja California. All these exciting activities take place during entertaining sessions in the evening.
