All Villas feature a formal entrance foyer, half bath, full kitchen, dining room seating 6, and a sunken living room with walk out patio on the first floor. The second floor hosts the master bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with 2 double beds and private bathroom with shower. The third storey holds the third bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom with shower, and an extra large sun deck.

All the Villas have been designed in a contemporary yet elegant style featuring light Caribbean woods and turquoise colors. Cool marble floors accent luxurious beds with multiple pillows and feather duvets, and they villas also feature exclusive furnishings, flat screen TV's, radio alarm clocks with MP3 connection, and whisper quiet air-conditioning. All Villas now also have DVD players in the living rooms.
