The Hacienda Uayamon restaurant is located what was once the main building of the hacienda. It features a closed, air-conditioned area, but we will be more than pleased to set up a table in the areas surrounding the restaurant if you request.

Our chef combines the culinary delights of the local cuisine with a mouth-watering mixture of European and Mexican flavors. Most of the ingredients are organic and come from the hacienda's gardens, and the fresh-baked bread is also made at the hacienda.

Hacienda Uayamon restaurant means distinctive dining. The culinary delights come from the mixture of European and Mexican flavors, as well as the Yucatecan cuisine.

The restaurant is committed to using Mayan ingredients such as corn, beans, tomatoes, chili's, squash, chaya (a spinach-like plant), avocado and achiote (annatto).

Our chef elides nothing offering all his secrets, and your culinary knowledge and skills will blossom under his guidance.
