Our 12 Non Smoking rooms and suites are located in what were formerly employee accommodations for the elite of the hacienda staff. These guestrooms have been fully restored and adapted to the hotel needs. The luxurious interior design of the guestrooms and public areas was done by the well know Indonesian architect Jaya Ibrahim, giving the hacienda its very unique atmosphere of distinction and wonder.

Restaurants, Bars & Discos

The Hacienda Uayamon restaurant is located what was once the main building of the hacienda. It features a closed, air-conditioned area, but we will be more than pleased to set up a table in the areas surrounding the restaurant if you request.

Our chef combines the culinary delights of the local cuisine with a mouth-watering mixture of European and Mexican flavors. Most of the ingredients are organic and come from the hacienda's gardens, and the fresh-baked bread is also made at the hacienda.
